I assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up for both international and US-based trips serving groups of 25 to 150 women. This involves research, booking flights/buses/reservations, communication with travel partners and service providers, designing and organizing supplies, arranging deliveries, coordinating and working with talent (including Jill Sobule, Julie Wolf, and Connie Rouse), planning and hosting events, as well as tracking and collecting client information, accommodation and add-on activities, and payments. I also work quickly, calmly, and efficiently to handle anything that comes up on-site. This role involves having a keen eye for safety, problem-solving on the fly, providing exceptional customer service, a high level of resourcefulness, cultural knowledge and sensitivity, leadership skills, and savvy travel sense.
