ABOUT LUKE PRIMMER

I am highly motivated, target driven and proactive with experience in all aspects of IT, customer service and a proven record of Data Analysis, Project Management and SAP / ERP installations.I currently am in a position where I work for RB (Reckitt Benckiser) as a Planner Vendor Scheduler after been recruited to work on the SAP installation on the Hull site. I am fortunate to have a varied understanding of many IT / ERP systems including SAP, Microsoft and JD Edwards and have worked within companies starting with ERP systems to companies upgrading multi million pound systems. I have worked on deployment, installation and training of SAP R3 and B1 throughout the world for different sites, I have managed teams in the UK, Netherlands and India devising strategies for deployment and training plans to achieve the targets set. Within my previous position as a National Account Manager for Image Data Group I worked with Business Development in business analysis turning dormant accounts into active accounts through sales strategies and business plans and improving growth within active contracts. Achieving targets set by directors of the company through maximisation of the business and utilising the IT programmes developed in house to meet customers’ requirements. This has given me a greater understanding of system requirements for varying users. I have proven leadership skills, including managing and motivating other staff to achieve company objectives. I am an effective communicator at all levels within an organisation. As well as good problem solving and analytical skills I am computer literate on aspects of Sharepoint, Office 365, PowerBI, Flow and many other systems including the SAP, JDE & SNP business systems.I also hold a BSc Hons in Information Technology Management for Business Degree from the University of Hull and have a clean drivers licence.
