ABOUT LUKE LONGFIELD

After re-evaluating my career during the COVID-19 pandemic, I made the decision to move into an industry that feels more aligned with my interests and degree. It’s been a good fit so far, and I’m enjoying working with brands I genuinely connect with.I\'m focused on helping clients get the most from their budgets and ensuring the work we do together balances both creativity and practical execution to drive results; approaching my role as a strategic partner, not just a vendor, and keeping long-term value at the forefront of what we deliver.There is always a way for something to work better, and internally, I find satisfaction in challenging processes, contributing my ideas and supporting the rollout of new and improved ways of working.I\'m grateful to have worked on a versatile mix of project types with some great clients across the UK, Europe and US since entering the industry, in both the sports and lifestyle categories. Some key ones being:• End-to-end delivery of permanent retail spaces• Photoshoots• Events• Premium retail executions• Retail campaign guidelines• POSI’ve had the opportunity to work with notable brands like Reebok (UK and US), adidas (UK and EU), and Diesel (UK and EU). There\'s definitely been a few pinch me moments along the way, with more to come I\'m sure.
