Lead the analysis and sourcing of new business venture opportunities, including acquisitions, carve-outs and product line licenses. • Partner with all primary functional areas of the business, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, PMO and Legal to conduct thorough due diligence, commercial development, strategy and integration planning. • Manage relationships with key licensing partners, external investment bankers and privately owned businesses. • Perform valuations with financial valuation analysts (DCF, transaction multiples, alternative analysis) on investment opportunities. Makes recommendations on deal structures, including earn-outs, and proposes agreement terms. • Lead the Project kick-offs of new licensing and M&A activities. Supports post-investment reviews (PIRs) to ensure opportunities are meeting expectations. • Participate, lead and support negotiation with C-Level management • Member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) at Chatsworth Facility
