Where to start? 16 years across live events, product support, account management, sales and now a product role - and across multiple continents and cultures with a focus on APAC - have allowed me to develop a diverse set of skills and the experience to apply them effectively - particularly when there is no prior example to follow.In any given day I may be triaging feature requests, discussing road maps with a customer or partner, championing the commercial perspective in a discussion, proposing new strategies to increase sales or keeping an eye on a bespoke project or taking a partner or customer to dinner - or anything else that is needed from me!I love challenges, particularly those that can be solved to the benefit of multiple stakeholders, working with passionate colleagues, customers and partners and excel at quickly building candid relationships with all three - something honed from working across multiple cultures and with people of different skill sets and experiences.Going forward I hope to apply my diverse skill set and experience more strategically and with a greater focus on forming and driving the bigger picture.
