The majority of my career I\'ve spent connecting exceptional engineers with some of the most complex hardware and infrastructure challenges in the industry. I started out in agency and made the switch to Meta in 2017, starting as a sourcer and then shifting to full-lifecycle. Along the way I\'ve hired across a wide range of technical disciplines: silicon engineering, machine learning systems, data science, production infrastructure, and more. That breadth has given me a genuine appreciation for what makes great technical talent, and how to find it. I care about doing this work well — building real relationships, understanding the roles deeply, and being a honest partner to both sides of the hiring process. Currently I\'m working across eng, infra, and biz and when I\'m not recruiting I\'m working with AI to build tools, and improve the process from intake to close.
