My experience includes recruiting for all levels of positions, from entry-level to senior management taking ownership of and coordinating logistics of the interviews at all stages, allowing hiring managers to have well-prepared discussions with applicants and quickly move to making an offer. • Successfully placing candidates in a variety of roles across a wide range of markets and functions, including Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, Design, Manufacturing, Store Development, HR and Legal. • Managing all aspects of the recruitment function, from recruiting and onboarding to benefits administration and employee relations. • Partnering with HR and functional leaders to advise on current trends and build effective recruitment campaigns across equity and licensed markets. • Designed engagements and strategic plans in response to diversity commitments, introducing Inclusion & Diversity Job Boards; Women In Tech, Proud Employers, Vercida Group, and others. • Subject matter expert in recruitment tools and systems; Taleo, Skinny ATS, Interview Tools. • Owning and managing relationship with external suppliers and vendors. • Supporting and facilitating cost effective recruitment campaigns. • Assessing candidate competencies using behavioural interview techniques to identify top performers for open positions.
