I have been working in the area of personnal consulting since 2006.From the beginning, I was involved in recruitment in the IT industry, conducting recruitment for Polish and international companies.Since 2015, I have been advising companies that locate their branches in Poland, such as IT Hubs, R&D centers, knowledge centers, and multi-functional SSC or BPO. I join the process of selecting an appropriate location for a given center at various stages of decision-making, advising on such key factors as the availability of talents, the possibility of acquiring them within the expected time, as well as financial expectations and benefits.
