Although a cliche, adaptability is my forte. Passionate about project management, I\'ve taken a detour from my original bachelor path to dedicate myself to the PM career. Ranging from Gaming projects, IT PMOs, Transportation Engineering projects, to Managerial Consultancy, waterfall and agile are comfortable areas I easily transit in between. Positive-thinker, I always try to bring out the best of my teams by motivating them and giving a sense of purpose. I have been fortunate to work on project, program and portfolio level management. Values ranging from USD$1 million to over USD$10 billion and all team sizes (from a small 4 professionals team a to geographically spread team with 100+ professionals). I am also proud of giving back to the profession, volunteering as Project and Program Manager in non-profit organizations, and supporting project management institutions such as PMI and Toastmasters Club.People I\'ve worked for/with often say I have a strong problem-solving mindset, am extrovert easy-going dependable professional with wide knowledge in project management.
