With over 17 years of experience in IT, I have a strong background in Agile ways of working, Agile Product Management, and Delivery Process Improvement. I have held various roles from PMO Manager, Head of Scrum Masters, Engineering Manager to Head of Agile Coaching. As an experienced consultant, trainer and an expert in modern leadership and management practices for organizations, I coach and train business professionals on how to adopt Lean and Agile best practices which makes them more productive and customer-oriented. My mission is to support both operational teams and upper management, holistically caring for people, business and technology. By promoting the behavior of leaders aimed at managing the environment, not people, I enable coworkers to discover and fulfill internal motivation to act, increasing their engagement, enabling continuous advancement of their competency and improvement of the work environment. I share my experience and knowledge across Agile communities, speaking at various conferences and events. In addition, I am a University Lecturer at AGH University of Krakow, teaching on business management and digital transformation.
