Act as president of the CIPA (Internal Commission for the Prevention of Accidents and Harassment at Work). Manage facilities budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations, overseeing an annual budget of over BRL 8 million. Plan and execute renovation, construction, and improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, aligned with operational and strategic needs. Implement sustainable practices to reduce energy consumption and waste, improving operational efficiency and minimizing the environmental footprint of the facilities. Coordinate vendors for services such as cleaning, HVAC, building maintenance, mailroom, fleet and travel management, ensuring quality and contract compliance. Support internal events and initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture and provide an integrated and welcoming employee experience. Manage internal company policies related to fleet and travel, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, monitoring traffic violations, applying penalties, meeting advance booking deadlines for air tickets, and developing dashboards and reports to support decision-making. Develop and implement workplace health and wellness programs, promoting employee well-being through awareness campaigns, preventive actions, partnerships with healthcare providers, and healthy lifestyle incentives. Actively promote harassment prevention through training, open dialogue and educational campaigns, while ensuring full compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), contributing to a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
