As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Sensiba LLP, I develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth across our tax and accounting service lines, including Venture Capital, Manufacturing and Distribution, Real Estate, and Construction.I collaborate with partners and practice leaders to design and implement campaigns that generate new business, strengthen referral relationships, and increase brand visibility. My work spans content strategy, event marketing, sales enablement, and marketing automation to support firmwide revenue goals.Key focus areas include:• Creating and managing marketing campaigns that align with business development objectives• Coordinating webinars, sponsorships, and client events that connect our teams with referral partners such as bankers, law firms, and venture capital firms• Developing sales collateral, nurture tracks, and landing pages in HubSpot and Salesforce• Supporting go-to-market strategies for key service areas including R&D tax credits, state and local tax, and outsourced accounting• Tracking campaign performance and optimizing marketing operations for efficiency and scalabilityThrough collaboration, strategy, and creative execution, I help Sensiba strengthen its market presence, deepen client relationships, and drive measurable growth.
