ABOUT LUISA GIBBONS
People fascinate me. This was the first line of my application to study Psychology and I\'m lucky to have made a career out of helping brands understand people in order to create better products. As Head of Product at MMR, I\'m responsible for connecting our clients\' dynamic needs with world class solutions - linking Nova (our tech innovation hub), data sciences teams and researchers to prioritise and accelerate tools that will really make a difference. We\'re helping food, drink, personal and household care companies to \'fight ordinary\' with products that really connect with their consumers and so it\'s essential that our toolkit evolves and expands to deliver maximum impact. My role demands the perfect blend of creativity and commercial focus, with the opportunity to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the organisation. With an eye on the future I relish the opportunity to drive and influence change not only through development and launch of new solutions but through process improvements and cultural shifts to ensure we can future proof our organisation as recognised by my role on the Strategic Leadership Team at MMR.Since my first foray into consumer research as a Research Executive it\'s been so exciting to see and be a part of improved ways of connecting with people, allowing us to harness the inspiration and feedback they provide, in increasingly agile and immersive ways. I\'m equally lucky to have had a diverse, challenging and rewarding career within the MMR family!
