I am a people-focused professional specializing in Talent Management and Learning & Development in complex corporate environments.In my current role in Talent Management, I lead initiatives in performance development, succession planning, and leadership/technical pipeline building, aligning talent strategies with business goals. This work builds on a strong foundation in L&D, where I spent several years designing and delivering impactful face-to-face and virtual training programs, implementing customized digital learning solutions, and supporting organizational transformation through scalable learning strategies.Having worked in a Center of Excellence and partnered closely with diverse stakeholders, I bring a business-oriented, consultative approach to every initiative.I am proficient in LMS administration, eLearning authoring tools, and Agile methodologies (Scrum). Additionally, I am a licensed Insights Discovery® Practitioner, facilitating impactful workshops to enhance leadership, self-awareness, and team dynamics.
