Responsible for the East Coast of the US from FL to Canada, Lead Asset Protection and Safety audits, to ensure adherence to company standards. Detect and identify potential shrink opportunities within our operational core compliance. Drive the achievement of corporate accident reduction goals for General Liability and Workers’ Compensation. Contribute regularly to store conference calls to enhance awareness of security and safety initiatives and strengthen preparedness for emergency and crisis response scenarios. Train store leadership and associates, as well as Operations and Human Resources, on current Asset Protection initiatives and programs such as shoplifting training and external theft prevention. Ensure all Asset Protection processes and controls are conducted consistently and objectively, with a focus on continuous improvement through partnership and training.
