In partnership with total rewards leader, lead in the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of compensation programs including base, bonus, and equity • Consult on the competitiveness of programs and recommend effective solutions in line with company strategy and compensation philosophy • Support job architecture project to enable pay programs and process optimization • Coach HR & TA partners across all business units on compensation philosophy, programs, and processes for consistency in compensation decisions and provide consultative support on compensation challenges • Manage compensation surveys, complete data submissions and maintain salary ranges • Manage monthly equity awards processing including submission for committee approval and equity budget and burn rate tracking • Lead pay equity review process and iterate on methodology to enhance organizational approach • Lead compensation compliance activities • Lead semi-annual compensation planning processes • Support total rewards leader in the development of compensation committee materials
