As BRCM (Business Risk Control Manager) for Global Banking Mexico, I am responsible, among others, for the following internal control activities:\\\\n• Governance of RCA (Risk Control Assessment) preparation and support to Heads (challenge action plans and support their implementation).\\\\n• RCA´s controls review\\\\n• KPI´s monitoring / Operational Risk Heatmap (Dashboard)\\\\n• Coordinate the monitoring at an entity (and regional) level for the accounting and taxes risks.\\\\n• Monitoring and tracking of MSIIs (Management Self-Identified Issues) in Helios (Op Risk database).\\\\n• Monitoring of findings and weaknesses (incl. External and Internal Audit issues, as well as local regulator issues.\\\\n• Monitoring of dispensations to the HSBC policies.\\\\n• Review of External audit Management letter / Internal Control letter\\\\n• Oversight changes and updates to DIMs (local procedures)\\\\n• Implementation and coordination of Financial Control Committees (both Local Mexico and Regional LAM) with CFOs\\\\n• Coordination and implementation of Group Banking Control initiatives in Mexico.\\\\n\\\\nIn addition, I have under my responsibility the oversight of the following activities for Global Banking Mexico:\\\\n• Information Security Risk (responsible for supervising the BIRO and DBIRO activities).\\\\n• Local Compliance representative\\\\n• Business Continuity Management\\\\n• Responsible for preparing and reporting Operational Risk info, for internal Committees, such as: Internal Audit Committee, Risk Committees, Risk Forums.\\\\nRepresentative in the Operational Risk and Transformation Programne Forums.\\\\n• Link with GMO GFCO (Global Finance Control Office) and LAM ORIC and RMC teams regarding Operational Risk framework.\\\\n\\\\nBRCM activities are managed through the coordination of representatives in each Finance area and in each county in HSBC LAM (5\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
