Currently working as a digital consultant in public sector, with experience working as a business analyst, user researcher, PMO and bid coordinator. I take a people focused and user centred approach to my work in order to provide the best user experience for those in government/public sector. I adopt an Agile way of working and believe collaboration inspires innovative thinking. My background in research methods make me an experienced and confident user researcher and this is an area I am keen to develop my skills in. I am also actively developing my consulting skills and open to working in a wide range of consulting projects. I am extremely passionate about contributing to solutions that will improve the lives of citizens in the U.K.
