I\'m the Founder and Director of Frondescence, a nature-led intentional living consultancy. I support heart-led, ambitious, soul-seekers to elevate their everyday and cultivate spaces of fulfilment, wellbeing and joy in their life. I\'m deeply passionate about personal development, garden design and making space for life passions.I do this through delivering coaching, mentoring, and personal development offerings using a nature-led, intentional living, and seasonal approach. In Autumn 2024 I added garden design for urban, sub-urban and mid-sized countryside gardens into my offerings.I\'m a trauma-informed certified self-belief coach, transformational coach, life and business coach, mBIT certified coach and Master NLP Practitioner. I\'m a member of the ICF and AOC.In July 2024 I graduated from Cotswold Gardening School with a Diploma in Professional Garden Design receiving a Distinction (95% overall score) and the Top Student Award 2023/2024. Combining garden design into my business is a pivotal way I can create impact for our planet and for the wellbeing of people. I\'ll be supporting people to create spaces of wellbeing and focus on improving biodiversity, ecosystems, sustainability and nature connection in urban, sub-urban and countryside gardens.Applying to be a Pending BCorp during 2025/2026
