I am an experienced commercial decision maker who is financially astute with proven track record in many areas of the retail business. I have the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the business to gain the best outcome possible. My resilience under pressure and self-confidence allows me to communicate effectively at all levels especially at the executive level, where I have been operating at for the last 6 years. My strong interpersonal skills allow me to consistently demonstrate my ability to lead, inspire, coach and direct a large team both directly and remotely, to exceed others expectations. I have a varied retail experience in the key areas of retail management, Visual merchandising,Merchandise planning and buying. This experience has involved working for complex multi channel global businesses, that have provided me with direct involvement in key business decisions on a daily basis. I am an extremely driven individual, motivated by achieving outstanding results. I consistently demonstrate strategic awareness/thinking yet maintain the ability to respond to change, being able to adapt accordingly to changing circumstances and having the bravery to make key decisions and to back them up with my strong financial acumen and good understanding of the retail business.
