Vinyl Pressing & Production: I\'m a technically driven professional with a strong focus on solving complex problems involving pressing machines, infrastructure and the materials that ensure they run efficiently. I thrive on tackling technical challenges head-on - from optimising equipment performance to improving process reliability and product quality. With a solid background in customer relations and strategic business development, I bridge the gap between the technical execution and client needs, ensuring solutions not only on paper but deliver real impact when running production and supporting a growing business. My approach combines rigorous research, hands-on experimentation, and data-driven decision making to drive efficiency and innovation. Passionate about continuous improvement, I enjoy collaborating across all aspects of the industry to identify opportunities that enhance the accessibility and growth of music cultures and vinyl production. Creative Work: With over 20 years experience as a musician and artist, I have personally played and toured, set up and run DIY record labels, crafted handmade sleeves and incorporated photography, illustration and design into artwork for short run tape releases to bigger run vinyl releases. As an intern as a letterpress printer I learned hands-on of the origins of print, graphic design and publishing and the laborious nature of producing physical duplicates which later has developed into the process of pressing vinyl. I record and perform my own music and have created soundtracks for visual artists and experimental films in art and fashion including working with production company DoBeDo Projects.
