My belief that food should do more than just fill a plate. Food should connect with people. Food should spark excitement and create value for its brand behind it. It’s this belief that has guided me throughout my 15+ yrs in food Innovation and product development.I’ve had the privilege of leading new product development for some of the UK’s biggest names, Including Cathedral city Robert’s Bakery and Eatlean. Along the way I have expanded brands into new categories, overseen major rebrands and launched award- winning products that grew market share and captured consumer attention.What I bring to every role is passion and energy. I love working with cross functional teams, building strong supplier and customer relationships and translating consumer insights into commercially successful launches. Whether I’m guiding a brand extension into new categories, collaborating with retail partners, or leading a product from kitchen samples to commercialisation, I bring creativity and empathy to the process.Now based in Atlanta, I’m excited to bring my experience in pizza, cheese, ready meals and snacking to US companies and restaurant brands who are ready to innovate with purpose.
