Supporting a growing UK People Team of 20+ with all administration-based responsibilities and resourcing for Talent Acquisition at Gleeds.Working across Early Careers, UK Property, Infrastructure, Energy & Data Centres, I have provided dedicated support across administration and advisory. Things I have achieved in my time so far at Gleeds- Supported a full audit of all Gleeds visa employees and candidates, inclusive of completing UKVI applications for new starters and supporting paperwork administration- Booked 50 right to work checks through liaison with the local office staff and the candidate- Completed 50 onboarding processes inclusive of people paperwork, I.T and line manager liaison- Completed 60 contracts specific to role, level and UK or Visa candidates- Conducted weekly vacancy reports for stakeholders by utilising Eploy and Excel pivot tables for the UK and Global Acquisitions Team- Supported the People Team with HRIS administration of new starters and current employees- Monitored Eploy to ensure all candidates are within the right workflow stage and have thorough notes attached to their profiles- Monitored the Gleeds Careers inbox and provided customised candidate support, alongside sharing CVs with the relevant area recruiter- Organised and booked 15 University Careers Fairs, inclusive of: rep organisation, physical collateral sorting and local office liaison- Supported SLT with Global Mobility administration and processing- Ensured following of Equal Opportunities and Employment Legislation whilst supporting DE & I within our recruitment processes.
