ABOUT JULIANA REZENDE

I am very proud to work for a globally recognized company like Gleeds. My current role is a perfect blend of the things I love: working with people and staying organized. As the HR Manager for the Americas, I manage the full Employee Life Cycle from integration to development to transition. I coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, manage employee relations and engagement activities, and support leadership in implementing/changing policies. In my role as the Office Manager for the Atlanta and New York offices, I oversee all staff office needs while managing vendor contracts, handling general inquiries, recordkeeping for the business and coordinating client office visits. I also budget, plan and execute office events and socials! In 2024, I became a part of the Gleeds Fairness Inclusion and Respect (FIR) Council! I have been working with the Council to implement the strategy into my region in order to make Gleeds a more inclusive workspace for all. While serving on the Council, I discovered my passion for Corporate Social Responsibility. Volunteering, fundraising, networking are just some of the factors in my CSR wheelhouse. I am a graduate of the University of West Florida. I have a major in Communication Arts and a minor in Hospitality. I have vast experience in hospitality and customer service and am confident in my Human Resources competency. My goal for 2025 is to receive my Society of HR Management Certified Professional Certificate (SHRM-CP).My hobbies include cooking, reading, writing, exercising, walking my dogs, planning events, and traveling whenever and wherever I can. I am fluent in English and Portuguese, but can also read and write in Spanish. Duolingo is helping me learn some Italian! I love to be a part of a team and enjoy being around positive, ambitious and determined individuals.
