En autonomie sur le poste, je gère l’ensemble des missions de communication pour les 11 agences de DIOT PGM.Animation des réseaux sociaux : Gestion des comptes Facebook, LinkedIn et Instagram pour accroître la visibilité, promouvoir les produits et renforcer l\'engagement des clients de DIOTPGM et AUPINEL.Création de supports de communication : Conception et réalisation de supports variés (print, signalétique, outils promotionnels) adaptés aux besoins des équipes commerciales et agences.Gestion de projets multicanaux : Organisation et supervision de projets print et digitales, y compris l\'organisation d\'événements comme notre salon professionnel accueillant 1 200 participants.Développement de la charte graphique : Création d\'une identité visuelle cohérente pour l\'ensemble du groupe, déclinée sur tous les supports.Gestion des prestataires externes : Assurer la production et la qualité des supports produits.Photographie et contenu multimédia : Réalisation de photos, vidéos et supports visuels pour mettre en avant les produits et techniques.Encadrement de stagiaires : Management d’apprenants (Bac Pro à Bachelor) via l\'attribution de missions, le suivi et l\'évaluation.
