ABOUT LUCIANO FEMMINIS

Overall international experience in Production/Transmission/Distribution of Electric Energy with a special focus on products and systems (power transformers, protection relays, Scada systems, HV and MV cable accessories, components for OEMs and industry, transformer and wall bushings). International experience in Railways sector with special focus on Contact Line equipments. Dealing also with Oil & Gas and Renewables. After 15 years with several position in ABB, I spent 11 years as General Manager and Managing Director Pfisterer Italian Branch with the following tasks and acquired experiences: sales, change management, reorganisation, production start-up, new markets penetration, P&L responsibility, supply chain management. Later I spent 2 years in GE Grid Solutions - former Alstom Grid - with responsibility on a manufacturing and center of competence unit as well as a global responsibility on bushings business line. Back to ABB, I spent 5 years as Factory Sales Director in Monselice Manufacturing Unit going through the transfer of Power Grid Segment to Hitachi Energy. Now I am following bid process for Hitachi Energy EUC Power Transformers business - 6 factories - as Multi Factory Bid Manager. Accelerating the energy transition. Transferring greener electricity. Transforming the future of sustainable energy.
