Led the technical team in a portable church environment, managing equipment set, operation, and strike on a weekly basis. Served as the primary point of contact for all AV-related questions, issues, and troubleshooting.Piloted two major technology transitions at the District Church, from the planning and design stages through to implementation and operation. The first transition was from an in-person only venue to a remote/hybrid broadcast and recorded media environment, to accomodate the necessary restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The second transition was the complete overhaul of all live event hardware following the pandemic, moving from a scrappy, improvised design to a professional touring system, specifically designed for the church\'s portable use case.Continually reinvented and improved the church\'s hardware solutions and workflows, enabling higher production values, better accessibility, and more reliable future-proofing to support the church\'s evolution toward more effective engagement.
