ABOUT LUCIA CERVONE
Hello everyone! I have always been fascinated by the role that technology plays in people\'s lives, an interest that led me to graduate in Cognitive Neuroscience. This path has allowed me to develop transversal skills related to perception, attention, management of the complexity of human behavior - fundamental aspects also in project management. I currently work as a PMO, where I put into play not only my organizational and coordination skills, but also a strong sensitivity for the cognitive and decision-making processes of the people involved in the projects, be they stakeholders, teams or end users. I am distinguished by perseverance, empathy and an opportunity-oriented vision: I am able to find solutions where others see obstacles, always maintaining a focus on efficiency, collaboration and the human impact of the projects.
