Over the past twenty years, I have built my professional path within complex and international environments, always driven by a constant goal: to deeply understand how companies operate, recognize both strengths and vulnerabilities, and support organizations in their journey of continuous improvement.Today, I serve as Head of Internal Audit at Pirelli, where I lead a global team of 18 professionals operating across Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa, Russia, and the Middle East.
