As an Online Marketing Manager in the HR-Tech Sector I\'ve spent the last 3 years helping Instaffo’s customers to find suitable candidates for their vacancies by trying to find new ways of reaching the right candidates and make them love our service on the platform Instaffo. Through dedicated social media marketing measures and landing page optimization we were able to grow the candidate basis by over people. Meanwhile I extended my knowledge in Digital Marketing and transformation, Big Data and Social Selling by becoming a Master of Arts in Business Management and Marketing on the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg.
