In my role as an HR Advisor at Freshfields, I take a proactive approach to employee wellbeing by managing complex cases and facilitating the implementation of reasonable adjustments that support both individual needs and business continuity. I coach and guide managers through sensitive employee relations matters, helping them build confidence in handling challenging conversations. I collaborate with specialist HR functions to enhance processes and ensure consistency across the employee lifecycle. I also contribute to key people initiatives, such as the annual bonus moderation process, and work closely with payroll to maintain accurate sickness reporting and compliance.
