Highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional with a solid background in Channel / Alliances sales environment. Excellent business acumen with great capability of driving performance to meet sales goals in a time efficient manner. As the ServiceNow Federal Alliance Manager, I lead the company’s strategic business relationships efforts in the Public Sector, overseeing four portfolios of partnerships : Systems Integrators, Technology Partners, Resellers and Service Providers. I\'m also the Business Unit Sales Leaders primary point of contact for BU strategy and was brought on board to create and launch the Federal Partner Program in Canada.Before Moving to ServiceNow, I was with SAS Institute where my last role was North America Manager - Public Sector Alliances for SAS, a leader in business analytics software and services, where I led & supported a team of focus partner managers responsible for Federal Governments, Provincial and State and Local Governments as well as Healthcare & Life Sciences. Before joining SAS, I worked for a number of High Tech firms (EMC, Hewlett-Packard) and was lucky enough to work with amazing clients in the Federal Government, Quebec and Ontario Government as well as the Healthcare Market.I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with others. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favorite stage of a project is working with the partner or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives.
