ABOUT LUC LACOSTE

I build and scale industrial operations in deep tech environments — where engineering rigour and strategic thinking are equally required. Over the past 4 years at Sirius Space Services, I built and scaled the manufacturing function of a New Space launcher from the ground up — as a member of the Executive Committee. What I concretely delivered- Defined and executed a multi-year industrial roadmap — from prototype to production- Led operational due diligence and post-merger integration of an acquired production site- Secured and steered joint R&D programs with CNES on advanced manufacturing technologies- Developed and delivered critical components for Tier-1 customers (Safran, Thales, Dassault, Hutchinson, Alpine Racing)- Built and structured a multidisciplinary team from scratch, implementing an EN9100-certified quality management system- Consistently grew the business while maintaining delivery excellence on high-stakes programs. Before that, a 4-year PhD at Mines Paris – PSL (CIFRE with AddUp) on additive manufacturing. Managing a multi-stakeholder R&D program within a consortium including Safran, Air Liquide, CETIM, EDF and MBDA — with regular presentations to their R&D executive committees. My edge: I can structure a complex problem, build the business case, and see it through to execution. Strategy and operations are not two separate things for me.
