We then take those ideas and write them in your tone of voice. Whether that\'s your content, your internal policies, your app, your letters, or your instruction manuals.What do I do?Well, I write. I train. I consult. Mostly, I help businesses figure out their tone, personality, purpose and marketing strategy. But I spend a lot of time writing.I\'m also the co-founder. So I do all those internal, make-this-company-run things, like sorting out contracts and making sure we listen to our accountants.
