I’m a recruitment marketer with almost five years in the sector, now driving growth for two specialist brands: Fintelligent and Leaders in Care. I work side by side the senior leadership team to strengthen brand presence, increase revenue and build lean, highly effective functions that deliver.I believe recruitment marketing earns its place by delivering commercial impact. It’s not about noise. It’s about clear strategy, strong execution and measurable results. My purpose is to elevate marketing so that it’s respected, influential and integral to business success.I blend strategy with hands-on execution. Whether it’s refining attraction channels, owning the website journey, or shaping brand identity, I focus on work that moves the needle.
