ABOUT LOUKAS KYRIACOU
I\'m a hands-on Data Cabling and Fibre Engineer, installing, terminating, splicing, and certifying structured cabling and fibre networks in live commercial, industrial and public-sector sites.Over the past few years I\'ve been pulling and dressing Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6A runs, building fibre paths, installing containment, trunking, basket, patching panels, labelling clearly, and testing everything with the Fluke to full certification standards. I\'ve handled overhead and underground routes, light source/power meter testing, fault-finding, and always stuck to site RAMS and strict H&S procedures. Most of my recent work has been through CTL Networks, delivering clean, reliable installs in offices, factories, and warehouses.Before deciding to go full-time on the tools I managed network and infrastructure projects, coordinating engineers and third parties, rolling out server & network upgrades and broadband across sites, and running elements of a £10M national programme at HMRC. More recently, I have finished my BTEC Level 3 in IT & Telecoms Professional Competence to solidify my experience with formal accreditations.
