ABOUT LOUISE WESTHOFF LAZIK

Truly passionate and experienced in engaging with customers, building long-term and trustful partnerships, and there is no story which isn\'t worth to be told. Throughout my career I have gained a deep understanding of the typical challenges for Enterprise businesses, such as global procurement processes, ’ IT processes and the complex system of connectivity that to a large extent is the engine that drives productivity. I have been involved in numerous API and SaaS implementations within global companies, and also played a creative and consultative role in Communication, Learning and Change Management initiatives. In my past, I have supported L&D, HR and Talent Management teams within large companies to empower their people with skills by using digital and IRL activities. With + 10 years of experience from being an engaged consultant and Key Account Manager in projects such as transforming learning into Blended learning initiatives, implementing Learning Management systems, develop and launch customised digital learning programs, I have gained a deep industry knowledge. I have advised recruiters around employer branding and attraction of talent through social media. Amongst successful projects I would mention SCA, PostNord, Securitas, Skanska, Swedish Authority of Economic Crime and ICA. The vast knowledge base and experience I gained from 10 years of teaching project based learning has been invaluable in helping large companies to implement successful and innovative learning strategies with mixed activities, targeting all audiences within all industries. It\'s my experience that every individual can perform and over achieve being given the right tools and motivation. There\'s so much we can do to empower the global workforce to become more productive and successful, and by doing so, we will create more economic opportunities around the world.
