In this role, I am responsible for the overall delivery of client recruitment solutions and ensuring customer experience is at heart of service delivery, and including the following- Client relationship management- Governance of recruitment processes, compliance to contractual agreements, and driving continuous improvement- Data capture and reporting of market intelligence, delivering to the relevant internal and external stakeholders in the form of meetings and quarterly & annual business reviews- Oversee, review and improve recruitment journey for both client and candidate through compliance & onboarding- Liaison with operational delivery teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled whilst monitoring and maintaining contracted SLAs
