ABOUT LOUISE CHARLESWORTH-HERBERT
While managing both Solar and BESS assets at Gridserve, I am also in my research phase as part of a MSc in Data Science and AI program at the University of Liverpool. My MSc research is focused on developing deep learning models for identifying and classifying anomalies across solar PV systems with varying climates.Prior to my current role, I managed both onshore wind and solar assets at Bluefield Services Ltd, and developed accessible digital data solutions to support renewable project development at Innova Renewables Developments Ltd. With 4+ years experience in analytical roles across both the renewable energy and financial services industries, I am adept at building bespoke forecasting, prediction and outlier detection models, conducting in-depth exploratory data analysis and presenting my findings to a variety of stakeholders. I have extensive experience with PowerBI, creating reusable, informative dashboards to bring exploratory data analysis to non-technical users.
