Developed and implemented the framework to manage and maintain the GRIDSERVE asset base, which includes solar, battery storage, electric forecourts and the UK’s largest EV charging network. Ingrained a ‘best in class’ philosophy, driving major project completion, an all-inclusive maintenance scope with exceptional quality of reporting to surpass expectations. • Responsible for the operational delivery of the Operations, Maintenance and Asset Management contracts on a 225MW+ portfolio of ground mount solar and battery storage, two EV Forecourts and 500+EV chargers spread across the UK. • Built the Service Delivery team from scratch to perform maintenance and asset management. Responsibilities across all asset types include Customer Services, Health and Safety, Asset Management, and Client Relationship, providing operational coverage 24/7/365 on all assets. • Working with teams across the project lifecycle, developed a comprehensive asset onboarding process, that successfully brings assets into full operation. Ingrained a lesson learned process to ensure continuous improvement for future assets. • Developed the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), covering the entire project lifecycle of the assets, in accordance with ISO55001 standards and best practice. Implemented the policies and procedures to support this. • Delivering profitability to stakeholders by creating a robust governance framework that ensures agile decision-making. • Designed, built and manage the Customer Service proposition, which includes a 24/7 manned telephone answering service and service desk, with trained resources, to ensure we exceed the expectations of our customers. • Project managed the implementation of the ERP/CRM system (D365) for Service Delivery across all assets. • Managed the BSI accreditation process and ensured successful maintenance of the ISO standards including 9001, 14001, and the submission for the 14064 and 55001 certifications.
