To introduce myself, I Louise Watson currently hold 21 years experience working with the public in a face to face setting.This experience includes performing customer service to a high level, ensuring customer satisfaction with appropriate sales techniques and offering the best products, giving excellent customer care throughout the sales journey and after sales. My experience includes 17 yrs in the health and beauty sector and the last 5 years working as a field sales executive for virgin media and various charities, of which in both areas I have become very successful within.My main interests and strengths are marketing, business, relationship building and sales.Operational skills are to a high level due to my vast experience of various positions within my work life.My experience of business are that I have previously owned and operated two small beauty businesses and an area manger for a reputable skin care company of where I developed a strong business acumen during this time. To add to my experience I have supported / mentored other entrepreneurs start up in small businesses which include web design, trades, and salons.
