As part of the Stoke on Trent creditor services team I work within the insolvency recovery team and on a day to day basis I liaise with accountants, debt recovery agents, courts, government bodies, local authorities, Official Receiver\'s offices, solicitors, utility companies, individuals and various sized companies who may be affected by bad debt.
