ABOUT HAYLEY TREGARTHEN

I am a Property Recovery & Advisory Director at Opus Restructuring & Insolvency (\'Opus\') with experience in all areas of corporate insolvency. I currently focus specifically on property receivership appointments and lead the specialist Property Team at Opus. We undertake work for a panel of Banks and Lenders as well as assisting on all property related matters in general insolvency appointments.Sometimes the financial situation for a business or an individual is so critical that the only way forward is the use of one of the formal insolvency procedures in order to bring closure or facilitate a restructuring to put the business or the individual back on a sound financial footing. Opus can provide advice on all of the UK insolvency procedures and as the Partners are all licensed Insolvency Practitioners, they act as office holder where this is appropriate. My history of corporate insolvencies include a number of different sectors such as the Leisure & Tourism Industry, Building Contractors, Printing and the Engineering Industry.
