I am also a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, equipped to lead organisations through structured, effective, and human-centred change.I specialise in end-to-end programme delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement, helping teams embed meaningful change that lasts. Strategic yet hands-on, I’m passionate about guiding organisations through change and making digital transformation feel possible, not painful.I believe the true power of transformation lies in creating the \"aha\" moments that matter, those pivotal points where employees and customers alike truly understand, adopt, and champion new ways of working.
