You\'re not alone.Since the late eighties, communication developed at a speed that greatly outpaced us, and it only got faster. As much as we enjoy social media and instant messengers, they have pushed us into a new digital dimension where we are no longer ourselves or even human, and we haven’t had enough time to understand what this means. We have many group chats on our smartphones, and they do not always benefit us.How to leave a group chat assess communications and social media to help us better understand how we communicate and how this has changed over time.
