ServiceNow helps the world’s largest organisations run better - connecting people, processes and technology through AI-powered workflows so work actually flows the way it should.I lead strategic Resell and Service Provider partnerships across EMEA at ServiceNow, working within the Global Partnerships & Channels organisation. My focus is on the partners whose scale and customer reach create a genuine multiplier for growth, identifying where opportunity exists, building the programs that activate it, and making sure execution follows.Before joining ServiceNow, I spent seven years at Softcat, one of the largest value-added resellers in the UK, progressing from Apprentice to Regional Manager. That experience shapes everything about how I approach this work. I understand what drives performance inside a reseller, how sales floors are motivated, how vendors get prioritised, and what it actually takes to build a partnership that sticks. It\'s a perspective that\'s hard to replicate from the vendor side alone, and it\'s the foundation of how I help to design programs that partners genuinely engage with.At ServiceNow I\'ve taken the lead on partner program initiatives across EMEA and contributed to global working groups that define how resell operates across multiple regions. I\'ve represented the reseller function at SKO, at Knowledge, and in front of VP audiences across EMEA and AMS.Outside of work, giving back matters a great deal to me. I\'ve completed the London, Berlin and Barcelona Marathons, raising over across causes including Dreams Come True, Macmillan Cancer Support, Mind and YoungMinds.
