Manage the Electrical Program and all Capital Electrical Projects as well as other Capital Refinery Projects for the Saint John Refinery.Manage Capital Planning for the Electrical Program in the Refinery- Annually work with the Electrical Program Manager / Sponsor to rank Projects in order of risk, outage window, and the highest urgency for the next 5 yearsEnsure maximum utilization of the Electrical Progam\'s Capital Allocation by working with Supply Management, Engineering and the Electrical Program Manager to determine what Project needs to be and can be executed within the funding window.Plan and Manage all Electrical Projects for the Saint John Refinery from Project inception till their completion.Work closely with SM, Engineering and Construction to ensure Projects are executed within their funding window. Identifying any risk to the point above and change manage by shifting funding to Projects with a higher likelihood of being executed within that funding window. Concurrently manage an average of 10 Projects within the Electrical program and the Refinery\'s Capital Portfolio
