To accomplish the journey, I’m responsible for leading a team of diverse senior-level engineers and consumer payments specialists in the United States and Canada with extensive backgrounds in the following areas: POS Systems: Radiant/NCR RPOS, Bulloch, Gilbarco Passport, Retalix Storepoint Forecourt: Gilbarco and Wayne Network: Fortinet, Accumera, and Meraki Project Management Payment processor and financial settlement relations Training, mentoring, and assisting with career-path development for our Service Delivery technical support team. Joint-Venture IT relations with Alimentation Couche Tard (Circle K) joint-venture partnership Vendor relations with NCR, PDI, Bulloch, JP Morgan Chase, Moneris, Global Payments, and WEX Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR\'s) Master Services Agreements (MSA\'s), Statement of Work (SOW), Contract reviews with Supply Management to ensure alignment with our strategic company objectives
