I work in strategy and operations, and care about how professionals can use their charitable giving and influence to do more good.I have 6+ years in Strategy & Operations (5 at Amazon), working on high-ambiguity problems across multiple teams. Alongside this, I lead and develop three data analyst apprentices, helping them build agency beyond formal role boundaries.My current work spans storage and fulfilment centre strategy in the UK and Ireland, and talent development across the EU. This includes scaling local fulfilment, improving network resilience, and running an early-career talent accelerator supporting 20+ interns and apprentices.Working at Amazon taught me how often good intentions fall short without good mechanisms behind them. Many professionals give generously, but don\'t always apply the same rigour to their giving that they apply to their work.I’ve taken the 10% Pledge, committing 10% of my lifetime income to high-impact nonprofits. I\'m also a Community Ambassador for One for the World, supporting their work to make thoughtful giving a normal part of a serious career.
