Main duty and responsibility of my position in Universal Pack- Managing the production of the required deliverables coordinating the departments to achieve the expected delivery- Coordinate all the internal departments including: electrical – mechanical – software and R&D to develop the project accordingly to customer request and expectation- Planning and monitoring the progress of the project, communicate with the customer all the technical detail developed during the design- Managing overall progress and project change, including the development of new modification during the design and construction- Reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments- Preparing any follow-on action recommendations- Assist during FAT (Factory acceptance test) and follow up with required modification request by the customer- Delivering the project, with authority from the Project Board to Customer Hand Over. Additional duty- Check customer URS (user requirement specification) to prepare tendering and offer, this include internal discussion with technical departments for the final proposal- Evaluate with external supplier to improve technologies for packaging and application on Stick Pack and Sachets machines, to develop new out of standard project- Support after sales with customer extra requirements or modification, this include internal discussion and evaluation to prepare a quotation.
